1. Acceptance

By using mediahub22.com or engaging Media Hub Tech's services, you agree to these Terms. These Terms govern use of our website and any service agreements entered into with Media Hub Tech.

2. Services

Media Hub Tech provides digital marketing services including lead generation, paid advertising management, SEO, social media marketing, market research, and advertising account supply. Specific service terms are set out in individual client agreements or Statements of Work (SOW).

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate business information and honest access to accounts as required
• Make timely payments as agreed in the service agreement
• Comply with all applicable advertising platform policies
• Not request campaigns that violate laws or platform terms

4. Intellectual Property

Campaign creative, landing pages, and strategic work product created by Media Hub Tech for client campaigns becomes client property upon full payment. Our internal methodologies, systems, and tooling remain our intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

Media Hub Tech's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages.

6. Advertising Platform Compliance

All campaigns are managed in compliance with Google Ads, Meta, and relevant platform policies. We cannot guarantee specific results — digital advertising results depend on market conditions, competition, and factors outside our control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
